We may not be an endangered species like pandas, but we certainly move in a context that is not always friendly.
The House of Serenissima is a reference point in Venice and the surrounding area for those who want to express themselves freely on stage in drag and generates meeting opportunities for queer people in the lagoon and on the mainland. Our commitment is unpaid, it is based on the availability of those who participate and on the support you give us during the shows but also before and after!
The House of Serenissima was established in early 2025 as a Social Promotion Association APS. This allows us to continue our efforts on several fronts. Nonetheless, heels, moustaches and wigs are expensive, as are materials for make-up and to allow debutants to give shape and body to their fantasy.
